Marketing Winter Break Camps
As you approach winter and the holiday season, it can be a hectic time for families. The key to marketing Winter Break Camp is reaching parents early and often.
There are two distinct groups you’re trying to reach: currently enrolled RAS families and new families. Read on for tips and tricks for getting in front of both audiences!
Spring Break Camp Flyers
Our Break Camp flyers share information about our exciting curriculum lineup for the week. They also share what families can expect from our break camps and include information on camp locations, dates, times, and prices.

Spring Break Camp Signage
Get the word out about Spring Break Camp with our signage options.
- Banners and yard signs are the most prominent way to grab families’ attention.
- Place door magnets and window clings to amp up your signage – or use them as an alternative if your district doesn’t permit banners or yard signs.
- If you can’t display any permanent signs, consider purchasing a sandwich board that you can place outside each day, then bring in at the end of program.
Communications Templates
Check in with your school contacts to request they share information out with each school’s families. Since the weeks leading up to the holidays can be hectic, it may be worth seeing if your contacts can send it out several times before camp starts.
