Overview
In our marketing, we highlight that RAS brings our themed Adventure Weeks to life with hands-on creativity, fresh-air fun, and the classic day camp spirit families remember… and their children will never forget. Each week offers new ways to explore, create, and connect, all led by caring educators who make summer feel like summer again.
We lean into this with details on key components of our programs, including:
- Hands-on experiments & creative projects
- Building and engineering challenges
- Team games & friendly competitions
- Water play, arts & crafts, sports & movement
- Social skill-building, community, and everyday summer joy
- Indoor and outdoor adventures
We also emphasize that we have several discounts available and that we accept childcare subsidy in certain states.

Marketing Summer Camp
Marketing should begin early and often, as we know some families prefer to enroll in summer camp as early as January. Key stages of summer camp marketing include:
- Awareness: Letting parents know that we’re hosting a summer camp, even if all of the details aren’t finalized yet
- Registration Opening: Getting word out that registration is open for parents who want to get signed up ASAP.
- Driving Enrollment: Reminding parents that registration is open, sharing information about any promotions happening, and offering more in-depth information about what to expect from RAS Camps.
- Upselling Families & Capturing Latecomers: Letting families know that registration is still open, and encouraging them to add more weeks if they aren’t already registered.

Summer Camp Signage
Get the word out about summer camps with our signage options.
- Banners and yard signs are the most prominent way to grab families’ attention.
- Place door magnets and window clings to amp up your signage – or use them as an alternative if your district doesn’t permit banners or yard signs.
- If you can’t display any permanent signs, consider purchasing a sandwich board that you can place outside each day, then bring in at the end of program.

Communications Templates
Check in with your school contacts to request they share information out with each school’s families. Some schools may send more infrequent communications during the summer, so work with them to develop a plan that will work for their communications calendar and our enrollment schedule.
